Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Minimum: 3 days
  • Maximum: 10 days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions or courier delays.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, your money is completely safe with us. We implement multiple security measures to protect your transactions and personal information.

Important Return Policy for Defective/Damaged Products:

If your product arrives defective or damaged due to our error, we will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must provide a 360-degree unboxing video showing the issue clearly
  • The video must be made without any pause or cut
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel

We provide tracking details for your parcel within 48 hours of shipment, so you can monitor your order every step of the way.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

Placing an order is simple and secure. Just follow these steps:

  1. Step 1 – Add the product to your cart
  2. Step 2 – Proceed to secure checkout
  3. Step 3 – Enter your contact and delivery information
  4. Step 4 – Select your payment method and pay

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Cancellation Window: If you wish to cancel your order, please send us a message within 60 minutes of placing the order. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

After 60 Minutes: Order cancellation requests will not be accepted after 60 minutes of order placement.

Non-Acceptance of Parcel: If you do not accept the parcel upon delivery, the ₹500 courier charge will not be refunded. This amount covers the shipping cost, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where the courier charges are higher. In such cases, we also incur return shipping costs, which must be paid even if the parcel is not accepted.

Re-shipping Policy: If you want the parcel to be shipped again, you will need to pay ₹200 for re-shipping. Your parcel will only be resent after this payment is made.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, it is not mandatory to have an account to place an order. We provide all tracking details via email, so you can easily monitor your order without creating an account.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order using the tracking ID that we provide via email. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing:

  • Your unique tracking ID
  • A direct link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

If you haven't received your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
